For orders to be delivered within Metro Manila, please choose NATIONAL CAPITAL REGION for the shipping fee to be automatically computed. If the item is on stock, kindly expect delivery within 3-7 working days. If it is out of stock, kindly expect delivery within 2-4 weeks.
 
For orders to be delivered outside Metro Manila, we choose the courier that is reliable and the most value for money for your particular location so after placing your orders, kindly wait for our email with the corresponding shipping fee computed.
You have the option to pay for your orders already upon check out on the website then pay the shipping fee after receiving the email or pay for orders & the delivery fee together. Payment can be done via bank deposit, online transfer, or through Paypal. Estimated delivery date will depend on the chosen courier. We will inform you of the estimated arrival time & the tracking number for your reference.

SIZE GUIDE

We have a general size guide for the BASIC BODY MEASUREMENT for each size.

But be sure before ordering to Kindly check the ACTUAL PRODUCT MEASUREMENT which is the measurement of the garment when lay flat for your reference before buying to ensure the item will fit for your style. It is posted per product on the website along with the product photos.

Because your size may vary depending on the your fit preference & your style.

SHIPPING:

Shipping fee within Metro Manila is automatically computed.
 
For orders outside Metro Manila, we choose the courier that is reliable and most value for money for your particular location so kindly place your order but DO NOT pay via Paypal yet. Wait for our email with the corresponding shipping fee computed, then kindly make the payment to finally confirm the transaction. Payment can be done via bank deposit, online transfer, or through Paypal.
 
If you need your item by a certain date, please send an email to candc.hello@gmail.com & we’ll try our best to work something out.
 
Shipping Option for Metro Manila:
Option 1: WE DELIVER. We have a STANDARD SHIPPING FEE that is computed automatically when placed on our website.
 
Option 2: BOOK YOUR OWN PICK-UP (driver/preferred courier). Lead time will still be followed so please wait for a message from our team before picking up your order. Pickup hours is strictly between 11:00 am to 3:30 pm.

We have limited stocks per piece so in case an item is not available, lead time is 2-4 weeks.

BASKET CARE

This item is proudly made of natural materials.
 
Regularly wipe it with a damp cloth followed by a dry cloth to keep it clean.
 
Avoid getting it soaked. If it does get wet, quickly wipe it off. You may also expose it under the sun or use a hairdryer.
 
If used as a planter, place a plant saucer / water catcher to protect the basket.
 
Not advisable for outdoor use.

Lead times apply depending on the requirements but please let us know if you have a deadline to meet and we will try our best to accommodate.
 
Since all items are all handmade and have a production schedule to follow, we may have to charge a minimal fee for rushed customized orders.

WHOLESALE DISCOUNTS:

RETURNS/ EXCHANGE POLICY:

We can only accept returns/exchanges with 7 days of delivery, only if product is unused and comes in it's original packaging.

The additional shipping fees (pickup & exchange) will be handled by the client.

If item is already sold out, we can do a refund in the form of store credits & note that shipping fee is not refundable.

Kindly note that we can't be held liable for any damage after 30 days beyond normal wear & tear.

Gentle hand wash with care using mild detergent & room temp water.

Do not use dryer. Do not wring &  Air dry only.

You can use a steamer.
